He graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Law in 2006 and completed his legal internship in 2007. Having focused on corporate advisory and litigation, Attorney Serdar Opak practises particularly in commercial, enforcement and bankruptcy, employment and real estate law. He speaks English fluently.

He graduated from Marmara University. His practice areas include Information Technology Law, Information Security Law and E-Commerce Law. After receiving certificates related to personal data protection and GDPR, he has participated in nearly one hundred compliance projects as a data protection officer and attorney.

She graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Law in 2021 and completed her legal internship in 2023. Specialising in corporate advisory and litigation, she practises in various branches of private law, particularly obligations, commercial, family and tenancy law. She speaks English fluently.

He graduated from Beykent University Faculty of Law, where he served as president of the law club. He works in Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law, Commercial Law and Criminal Procedure Law.

He graduated from KTO Karatay University Faculty of Law and continues his studies in International Trade and Logistics Management at Istanbul University. His interests include Mergers & Acquisitions, Arbitration and Corporate Law. He continues his graduate education in Private Law at Marmara University.

A graduate of Marmara University Department of Business Administration, Songül Opak serves as a court-appointed expert in addition to her concordat commissioner practice. She provides consultancy on financial matters as a certified public accountant.

He graduated from Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Law in 2022 and registered with the Istanbul Bar Association in the same year. He continues his legal internship at OPAK Law Firm and is closely interested in various areas of private law, including commercial, condominium and employment law.
